 Your standard purchase qualifies for Return or Exchange under the following circumstances:
 Receipt of an incorrect product.
 Identification of a quality or manufacturing defect.
Sizing Issues and Custom Measurements:
 Sizing issues related to your chosen size or measurements provided under our Custom Measurement
section are not applicable for return or exchange.
Notification Period:
 Kindly notify us of any concerns within 1 working day (24 hours) from the receipt of the product. This
timeframe is based on the day it was delivered to you via your chosen delivery method.
Return Conditions:
 Returned merchandise must be unworn, unaltered, and unwashed, with all original tags intact.
 Returns undergo processing after the merchandise has undergone a quality check upon receipt.
 The return package must be free from damage or missing items and should receive approval from our
quality-checking team.
 reserves the right to refuse any return that does not comply with the aforementioned
Prior Intimation and Shipping Costs:
 Do not send any product without prior intimation.
 If you receive an incorrect product or identify a quality/manufacturing defect, Broktail covers the
shipping costs for the return.
 For size-related issues or other concerns, the cost of shipping for exchanges or returns is the
responsibility of the customer.
Please note that you will not be entitled to cancel or return an order for any bespoke item unless the product is
faulty or not as described. Broktail reserves the right to not accept returns in case the product is used or
damaged by the customer.

At Broktail, our commitment to sustainability and the unique nature of Brands on our platform’s make-to-order
products influences our refund policy. Please be aware of the following:
 Due to the personalized and tailored nature of make-to-order items, refunds are not offered after the
initial 2-hour cancellation window.
 Once your order has progressed to the production stage, Fashion brands on our platform/we are unable
to process refunds.
